How to Apply

For children with additional learning needs, parents are required to submit a comprehensive psychological report and any other documentation required to properly support your child.

Schedule an Assessment

Parents are required to schedule an Assessment with the admissions office. The assessment will be carried out by a designated staff member, and, if appropriate, the Inclusion department. Some information you will be asked to provide at this stage:

  • One recent passport size photograph of the child
  • Copy of the most recent school/ nursery reports
  • Copy of any medical, specialist reports or psychologist’s reports for children with special needs.
  • A non-refundable assessment fee.

Following the assessment, we will conduct an interview with designated staff, if required and then parents will receive a decision usually within 3 working days.

Offer and Acceptance

Once you have completed the assessment for your child, we will contact you as soon as possible with feedback. Once you receive the offer letter, you have one week to accept our offer and complete the registration process.

In order to secure the place for your child you will need to pay a non refundable registration fee of AED 500 along with a 10% deposit of the tuition fees which is deductible from the first term’s school fees and is non-refundable.

Other formalities and documentation

The school fees should be paid for the term before the first day of the school along with post dated checks for terms 2 and term 3. The following documents should be submitted to the school registrar before you child starts with Bright Learners:

  • Passport and Visa copy for child, mother and father
  • Emirates ID copies (front and back) for child, mother and father
  • Birth Certificate
  • Copy of the family book (for Emirati families only)
  • 2 Passport size photographs
  • Previous school report card
  • Vaccination record for child
  • Leaving certificate from previous school (attestation required for some countries)
  • Academic reports for children applying for Grade 1 and above
  • Internal School forms

After receiving all the required documents and payment, our registrar will advise you about your child’s anticipated start date.

Other Services

  • Uniform - You can purchase the uniform from the school uniform shop
  • Transportation - Our transportation partner Busco can help you offer transportation services to the areas they are operating.. For more details, contact Busco on 055-5225842     or email at  info@busco.ae to check if there is a space available for the area reachable by the buses. You can find the current routes here
  • Books - Exercise books  can be purchased from the school store
